How we reviewed CheekyLovers
Ugh, CheekyLovers. What a joke! I recently had the misfortune of trying out this online dating site and let me tell you – it’s not worth your time or money.
First off, their free features are seriously lacking. You can create an account for free but that’s about it; no messaging allowed unless you upgrade to a paid membership plan which is just ridiculous in my opinion. Even if you do decide to pay for one of their plans, don’t expect much from them either because they’re all pretty basic with nothing special included – no bells and whistles here folks! Plus the prices aren’t exactly cheap so overall there’s really not much incentive to use CheekyLovers at all when compared against other sites on the market today that offer better value-for-money packages (and without having to shell out too many bucks).
Speaking of unique features… well don’t get your hopes up because there isn’t anything particularly noteworthy offered by CheekyLovers aside from some generic search filters like age range etc., which most other dating sites already have anyway so nothing groundbreaking here unfortunately. And even then these filters seem quite limited as far as customization goes since they only allow users narrow down results within very specific parameters instead giving more freedom in terms of what type people they want look for/interact with (e..g location wise). So yeah overall it feels kindof restrictive when using those tools on this platform… bummer indeed!
To top things off though, customer service is also terrible – good luck getting any help if something goes wrong or needs fixing ASAP cause chances are slim anyone will actually respond back promptly enough before whatever issue gets resolved itself eventually after days wasted waiting around helplessly… sighhh…. In conclusion: avoid at all costs!!
- Instant Messaging
- Photo and Video Sharing
- Compatibility Matching
- Advanced Search Filters
- Discreet and Secure Encryption
Security & Safety
If you’re looking for a safe and secure online dating experience, CheekyLovers is not the app for you. It has no verification process to ensure that users are who they say they are, leaving it wide open to bots and fake accounts. Plus there’s no two-step authentication option available so your account could be easily hacked into if someone were able to guess or steal your password.
To make matters worse, CheekyLovers doesn’t seem too concerned about fighting against scammers and spammers either – meaning even more opportunities for malicious actors to take advantage of unsuspecting victims! So all in all it looks like this isn’t an app worth investing any time (or money) into if safety is something important to you when using online dating services…you’ve been warned!
If you’re looking for a dating site that will give you an experience to remember, CheekyLovers isn’t it. With public profiles and limited options when it comes to customizing your bio, this online dating service leaves much to be desired.
Location info is included in the profile which can make some users feel uncomfortable or unsafe – there’s no way of hiding where exactly you live from other members on the site. And if distance between potential matches matters for you then forget about finding out with CheekyLovers; there’s no indication whatsoever of how far away someone might be!
As for premium features? Don’t get me started… Sure, they offer "exclusive" benefits but nothing worth paying extra money over – unless I’m missing something big here?! Plus after spending time browsing through different user profiles I did notice quite a few fake ones too – so watch out!
All-in-all using CheekyLovers was like being stuck in limbo: not terrible enough that I wanted my money back (it is free after all) but certainly not good enough either that would make me want come back again soon… Save yourself the hassle and find another place more worthy of your time instead!
Design & Usability
When it comes to online dating, looks matter – and CheekyLovers fails miserably in this department. With its garish colors and outdated design, the site has all the appeal of a bad ‘90s sitcom set. It’s almost as if they took their cues from an old episode of Friends or Seinfeld – but with none of the charm!
Usability-wise, things don’t get much better either. The navigation is clunky at best; you can easily find yourself clicking around aimlessly trying to figure out where everything is located (hint: good luck!). Even once you manage to locate what you need, getting there requires more clicks than necessary – not exactly ideal for those who are short on time (or patience). And forget about customizing your profile page; that feature doesn’t even exist here! On top of all that? If you want any UI improvements whatsoever then be prepared to shell out some serious cash for a paid subscription plan because free users won’t have access them. Talk about adding insult injury…
All in all? I wouldn’t recommend CheekyLovers unless aesthetics aren’t important factors when it comes to choosing an online dating platform – which let’s face it isn’t likely given how visual we humans tend be these days!
When it comes to CheekyLovers, I’m not feeling the love. Sure, you can sign up for free and get access to some of their features but if you want any real action on this dating site then be prepared to shell out some cash. The paid subscription is where they make all their money – so much that it’s almost criminal!
The prices are anything but competitive; in fact, they’re downright outrageous! For a monthly membership plan expect to pay upwards of $30 which will give you limited access while an annual package costs around $120 – yikes! And don’t think about trying the 3-month option because at nearly $80 bucks it’ll just leave your wallet empty and brokenhearted.
So what do you get with a paid subscription? Well there’s no guarantee that anyone will actually respond back when messaging someone else (which makes me wonder why we even have these sites). But hey – at least now with paying customers CheekyLovers can afford more servers so hopefully those messages won’t take forever anymore…right? All jokes aside though, getting a premium account does come with its perks such as unlimited messaging capabilities plus extra profile visibility options etc., but still…at those prices?! No thanks.
|Free||$0||Create a profile, Search for members, Send winks|
|Plus||$19.95/month||All free features, View full profiles, Unlimited messaging|
|VIP||$34.95/month||All plus features, See who’s viewed your profile, Advanced search options|
Other popular dating sites include Match.com, eHarmony, Plenty of Fish and OkCupid. All of these offer different features to help users find potential matches for relationships or casual encounters.
- Plenty of Fish
- Best for those looking to find a casual relationship.
- Best for singles who want to explore the dating scene without any long-term commitments.
- Best for people who are open-minded and enjoy meeting new people online.
Signing up for CheekyLovers is a piece of cake. All you have to do is provide your email address and create a password, then fill out some basic information about yourself – it’s that simple! Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this dating site as the quality of matches isn’t great.
CheekyLovers is a dating site that’s full of scammers and bots. It’s hard to find genuine people on there, so it doesn’t really work as an effective way to meet someone. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend CheekyLovers if you’re looking for real connections or relationships.
I tried CheekyLovers and it was a waste of money. The matches were not great, the site had lots of fake profiles, and I didn’t have any luck with it at all. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend spending your hard-earned cash on this dating site.
I tried CheekyLovers and it was a total waste of time. It’s definitely not worth the effort, I didn’t find anyone there at all. All in all, it’s just another online dating site that doesn’t work.
